We currently ship within the U.S. only (for now). Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, though this may vary depending on the item.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands. Jeune & Noire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.

RETURN POLICY

Each Jeune & Noire piece is carefully crafted by hand, and because of this,

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jeuneandnoire.com with clear photos and your order number.

We’ll assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
